- Mientras se va haciendo lo que tenemos en la cazuela, vamos a cortar en dados la berenjena. Pasados los 10 minutos agregamos la berenjena y cocinamos todo junto a fuego medio durante unos 15-20 minutos, hasta que la berenjena y la carne estén hechas.
