- Cubrir la bandeja de horno con papel de aluminio y cocinar en el horno por 45 minutos así cubierto a 170 grados.
- Ponemos otra cama de berenjenas, otra salsa, otro queso mozzarella y otro queso parmigiano.... Seguimos así hasta la última cama. Terminar con salsa y solo queso parmigiano.
