- Hacemos las placas de lasaña según indicaciones del fabricante
- En una fuente apta para el horno ponemos las 2 cucharadas de tomate restantes y sobre este una base de placas de lasaña
- Encima ponemos parte de la mezcla de la sartén, cubrimos con otras placas de lasaña
- Seguimos haciendo capas hasta terminar el relleno y terminamos con una capa de placas de lasaña. Reservamos
- Precalentamos el horno a 200º calor arriba y abajo (o según indique el fabricante de las placas)
- En una sartén ponemos a derretir la mantequilla, añadimos la harina y la tostamos
- Añadimos la leche, sal y nuez moscada, removemos bien para que no se formen grumos
- Añadimos el queso de cabra cortado pequeño y seguimos removiendo hasta tener una bechamel no demasiado espesa
- Cubrimos la lasaña con la bechamel y la metemos al horno 10 minutos
- Ponemos por encima el Grana Padano
- Volvemos a meter al horno hasta que el queso esté gratinado
- Sacamos del horno y dejamos templar
