Mirar el envase para ver los min de cocción, yo siempre la sacó 1 min o 2 antes para dejarla al dente y corriendo bajo agua fría para que se queden en su punto. En otro fuego cogemos la alcachofa y espárragos. Yo siempre tengo en el congelador verduras con un toque de cocción previo.
