Os lo cuento!!!

  1. 9 placas lasaña pre-cocidas
  2. 200 gramos cebolla en cuartos
  3. 4 dientes ajo
  4. 80 gramos aceite de oliva virgen extra

  7. 100 gramos vino blanco
  8. 2 pastillas caldo de pollo

  12. 400 gramos espinacas troceadas congeladas y escurridas. (yo las puse frescas, la misma cantidad)
  13. 1 pellizco sal
  14. 1 pellizco pimienta molida
  15. 1 pellizco nuez moscada molida
  16. Para la bechamel :
  17. 600 gramos leche
  18. 10 gramos mantequilla
  19. 30 gramos aceite de oliva
  20. 70 gramos maicena
  21. 1 cucharadita las de postre de sal
  22. 1 pellizco nuez moscada molida
  23. 1 pellizco pimienta molida

  1. Pon en remojo las placas de lasaña en agua caliente mientras preparas el relleno.
  2. Pon en el vaso la cebolla, el ajo, y el aceite y programa 2 seg/ vel. 5.
  3. Sofríe 7 minu/ varoma/ vel. 1. Retira la mitad del sofrito del vaso y reserva.
  4. Añade al vaso, el pollo, el tomate, el vino, las pastillas de caldo desmenuzadas y la pimienta. Mezcla un poquito con la espátula y programa 15 minu/ varoma/ giro a la izquierda/ vel. cuchara.
  5. Añade el perejil y programa 6-8 seg/ giro a la izquierda vel. 4.
  6. Escurre las placas de lasaña con papel absorbente. Vierte 3-4 cucharadas de relleno en una fuente para horno de unos 20 x 30 centímetros mas o menos, coloca encima 3 placas de lasaña. Vierte sobre ella el resto del relleno y espolvorea con la mitad del queso rallado.
  7. Sin lavar el vaso, añade el sofrito reservado, las espinacas, la sal, la pimienta y la nuez moscada y saltea 8 minu/ 100 grados/ vel. 1.
  8. Precalienta el horno a 180 grados.
  9. Coloca otras 3 placas de lasaña sobre el queso rallado y distribuye las espinacas por encima. Sin lavar el vaso, pon todos los ingredientes de la bechamel y programa 8 minu/ 100 grados/ vel. 4.
  10. Vierte una tercera parte de la bechamel sobre las espinacas, coloca encima las placas de lasaña restantes y cubre con la bechamel. Espolvorea con el queso rallado e introduce en el horno durante 20-30 minutos.
  11. Retira del horno, corta en porciones y sirve.
