- Le incorporamos medio vaso de vino blanco y dejamos reducir hasta que el refrito adquiera un poco de consistencia.
- Por otro lado en un recipiente hondo batimos la leche sin lactosa y el huevo 🍳 y le añadimos una pizca de nuez moscada.
- Cuando tengamos todo preparado nos disponemos a montar la musakka.
- Yo utilicé una fuente redonda de barro por que éramos muchos en casa y es apta para hornos.
- Primero untamos la fuente con margarina para ir colocando una capa de berenjenas, luego él jamás de York y el queso en lonchas y por último la carne de pollo picada que acabamos de elaborar y así hasta terminar con los ingredientes.
- Para finalizar le incorporamos la preparación de leche sin lactosa y huevo por encima, tenemos que procurar que llegue a todas las capas bien y rectificamos de sal si es necesario.
- Añadimos el queso para gratinar por encima y al horno unos 20 minutos a 180 grados.
- Debemos intentar ponerlo en el horno en la bandeja de en medio para que no se nos queme el queso.
