- Precalentar el horno a 180º, calor arriba y abajo. Mientras en un molde apto para horno poner una capa de berenjena. Encima una de arroz
- Encima una capa de queso y encima una de tomate. Repetir las capas en el mismo orden terminando con una de tomate
- Cubrir el molde con papel sulfurizado, meter al horno 20 minutos. Sacar, retirar el papel y dejar templar
- Con ayuda de una fuente plana dar la vuelta al molde, desmoldar y servir
