- Hacemos las berenjenas a lonchas finitas. Yo lo hago como en las fotos, corto un poquito de uno de los lados para que tenga base y ya le doy la vuelta y voy sacando lonchitas. Ponlas todas en un plato apiladas con sal y al micro 4-5 min para que se ablande.
- Cortamos los pimientos y el calabacín y salteamos en una sartén con un poquito de aceite de oliva. Mientras en otra sartén sofreímos la cebolla junto con la carne y echamos las especias a nuestro gusto y el vino dulce que le dará un toque muy rico.
- Añadimos el tomate natural y dejamos que se mezclen bien todos los sabores y el tomate se fría un poco. Mientras sacamos las berenjenas del micro y vemos si ya están blanditas para montar la lasaña.
- Mientras está el relleno a fuego lento haciéndose, vamos con la bechamel en su versión light. Ponemos en un cazo el aceite y a continuación la harina, removemos para que se tueste y no tenga sabor a harina cruda.
