- Rellenamos las berenjenas con la mezcla anterior, le colocamos la mitad de una loncha de bacon encima y espolvoreamos generosamente el queso rallado. Metemos en el horno previamente calentado a 180° unos 10 minutos (dependerá también del horno que tegamos).
- En una sartén, añadir un chorrito de aove y los 2 dientes de ajo, esperamos a que se doren un poquito y vertemos el arroz cocido, sofreír un poquito y apartar.
- Sacamos las berenjenas de horno y las emplatamos acompañándolas de un poquito de arroz blanco y listo!
