  2. 1 Naranjas
  3. 4 cucharadas Azúcar
  4. 1 chupito Licor de narajas

  1. Antes de cocinar el pato tenemos que sacar una plumitas o trozos de plumitas que quedaron en su piel.

  9. En una olla ponemos 4 cucharadas de azúcar y, a fuego medio majo, esperamos que se vuelva caramelo.
  10. Añadimos medio vaso de jugo de naranja, las cascaras de naranja, un chupito de licor de naranja y dejamos cocinar un par de minutos.
  11. Añadimos a la salsa el jugo que saco el pato que hemos guardado y dejamos cocinar hasta que la salsa se vuelva densa y gelatinosa.
  12. Cortamos el pato en lochas de 1 cm. Cuidado, Si lo cortas más fino se va a enfriar rápido.
  13. En un plato ponemos una cucharada de salsa al centro.
  14. Ponemos encima de la salsa 3 lochas de pato.
  15. Ponemos encimas unos trozos de cáscara de naranja y decoramos el plato con unas lonchas de que naranja recién cortadas y unos brócoli verdes. Buen provecho! :)
